ACA sets a new record for LAMP mapping in the S.E.
Aerial Cartographics of America, Inc. located in Orlando, Florida has set a new personal record of one thousand miles flown and mapped using it's LAMP technology.

Developed by ACA in 1997 for Florida transportation survey and mapping applications, today has expanded its LAMP services into Georgia, South Carolina and as far north as Mass.

LAMP is a safer way to obtain high accuracy DTM of a road surface using photogrammetric methods. Using our helicopter at a very low altitude, we are capable of achieving vertical accuracies equal to that of conventional surveying. Safety is the most important thing!

Even with a sluggish economy, our LAMP business has remained strong and continues to grow with new projects, say's Jim Humphrey ACA's Executive Director.
